**PLEASE NOTE TUITION RATE INCREASE EFFECTIVE AUGUST 1ST, 2012.
The new rates are as follows:
30 minute lesson: $80 per month
45 minute lesson: $95 per month
60 minute lesson: $105 per month
Lessons continue through Thursday May 24th and resume in August. You will receive information about the optional summer term in May.

RECITALS
our Spring Recitals will be held at First Baptist Church in the Sanctuary. The dates are April 21st and May 5th beginning at 2:00. Optional rehearsals are on Friday the day before each recital. You may come at your convenience between 3:30 and 5:00. Each student will have the opportunity to practice on that piano on a first come first play basis. I am looking forward to two wonderful programs!

SPECIAL DAYS:
Labor day Monday lessons will be rescheduled to Monday, November 21st.
We WILL have lessons on non-school days such as: Teacher In-Service Days, Veteran's Day, M.L. King Day, and President's Day.
PIANO PARTY:
“OUR MUSICAL HERITAGE”, Friday, October 21st. Students will be playing one non-memorized piece from one of the following categories: Patriotic Songs, American Folk Songs, and Hymns or Spirituals which are non- contemporary. This program is for students only and is held at my home.
1) All home schooled students, 1:00 – 2:30
2) All other students, 4:15 – 5:45

Saturday Nov. 5 NFMC Festival: Hymns, Piano Duets and Theory Test
Nov. 6 Alabama Baptist Hymn Festival, First Baptist Church
Saturday Feb. 25 NFMC Festival; Piano Solo event only
Saturday April 14th Alabama Music Teachers Association District Festival
Fri./Sat. May (tba) A.M.T.A. State Festival held at The Univ. of Montevallo
